The Planets
The Planets is an educational website about, well, the planets. The site gives an overview of the eight planets in our solar system. It features high impact photography of each of the planets set stationary in the background of each page while the text soars past it fades into blackness off the screen curtosy of new fangled png transparency effects. Users can scroll to content their interested in by using the menu on the right hand side.

Thomas Jefferson is one of the most influential thinkers in United States history. He was a founder, a president, a lawyer, a scholar and, of course, an architect. Monticello is the result of a lifetime of relentless passion. This educational website gives an overview of the house, Jefferson, as well as a detailed tour of the rooms inside the house.

Philadelphia
The exercize of a re-design is essential to any designers tool-kit. I undertook this project to stretch those skills in re-designing the government website of the city of Philadelphia. I took already established content and adding design finess to make it easier for users to skim for content and find what they're looking for, as well as to more effectively promote the inititives of the city government.

Ellen Brooks CMS
Ellen Brooks also needed a streamlined method of updated her website with new content. While the design of the front-end of the site was not mine, the back-end design is entirely mine. Designed to mimic the look and feel of the front-end the CMS presents essential information first while deep content can be edited through the menus.

Wishing
Wishing is a concept for a web application intended to de-centralize products from their host sites. While there are many wishlists out there, they are all used as internal lists for a particular company or website. Those hoping to have all their desired products in one place are out of luck. This website would hope to provide a place for people to add all those books, albums, and other essentials in one place to be shared with friends and relatives.
